It does not require complex chemical reactions for conversion; instead, it only needs to remove related impurity ions before proceeding to evaporation and crystallization. After centrifuge drying, anhydrous lithium chloride is obtained. This process is characterized by its simplicity, minimal waste generation (with an atomic utilization rate greater than 98% excluding water), low production costs, and the absence of the need for high-temperature energy. Additionally, this process employs advanced DTP crystallization technology, which features large product particles, low impurity content, no need for water washing, and continuous production. It consumes less energy, ensures good product quality, and facilitates full automation control.
